CHARACTER'S NAME (GO TO COOLTEXT IF YOU WANT IT FANCY)

Aliases: REPLACE with any known names, codenames, aliases.
Nationality: REPLACE with your character's nationality.
Age: REPLACE with your character's age.
Height: REPLACE with your character's height.
Weight: REPLACE with your character's weight..
Hair Colour: REPLACE with your character's hair colour.
Eye Colour: REPLACE with the colour of your character's eyes.
Sexual Orientation: REPLACE with your character's sexual oritentation, heterosexual (straight) homosexual (gay/lesbian), asexual (what's sex?)

- Significant Other: REPLACE with your character's partner, wife or husband or LEAVE BLANK (---)
